Refund Policy
Returns may be requested within 3 days of receiving your order for eligible items.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Used or worn items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so I can assist you.
