Vendor Biography

Hi, my name is Kieran Cunningham. I make my own range of jewellery from start to finish, each piece is unique and individually handcrafted by myself in Blessington Co.Wicklow. I have been influenced by the wonderful jewellery created by our ancestors, but I also like to add a modern feel to some of my pieces. I work mainly in sterling silver, brass, copper and alpaca silver. I draw the piece first to see if it will lend itself to metal, then all pieces are handcrafted from sheet or wire. I do not use casters, these pieces are handcrafted. I have been working with metal since 1977. I have also created some metal sculpture pieces. I like to think each piece of jewellery is a mini sculpture. Enjoy browsing some of my pieces here on Wicklow Market Place.
