Product Information

All of my items are appliqued, embroidered and assembled by my hand, to my own designs. As each is individually made, no two will be identical.

Ornaments are decorated on the front face and with plain felt on the back, and all materials used comply with EN71 3. They are for decorative use only. They are not toys or intended for children to play with.

Other items are as described in the product description.

Please note that felt and fabrics may fade if placed in direct sunlight.

Returns

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however I can only accept returns and refund delivery costs if the item is faulty or an error has been made on my part.  Please return your unused item back to me within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging, and I’ll be happy to issue a refund on receipt of the item.

 I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations.

Delivery

Shipping is not included in the price.

Items ordered will be shipped using An Post, usually within 2 -3 working days unless the item is described as made to order. Please be aware there may be delays with deliveries when shipping internationally.

Custom charges/ import duties

Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
