You may return unsuitable/unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order. Sadly we cannot offer returns/refunds on Earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
