Heart Shaped Irish Cottage
A handstitched felt heart ornament, embroidered and appliqued with an Irish landscape design. The scene is inspired by the view from my studio which looks out to Baltinglass Hill and the Rathcoran Hillfort in co Wicklow, in Ireland's Ancient East. The heart shows a traditional slate roofed cottage, sheep, and the River Slaney in the foreground.
Handmade in Ireland, the cottage heart makes a perfect housewarming gift or Irish keepsake.
The heart measures approx. 4 inches /10cm across, is lightly padded and has a loop for hanging.
