Refund Policy
According to the The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission consumers have up to 14 days from the date on which they received the goods to cancel their order and seek a full refund. Consumers must send back or hand over the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which they informed An Chailleach Ghlas of their decision to cancel. Consumers are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. Any damage or use of the item returned will be grounds for the refund not to be issued.
