An elegant box hand-turned from Lemon Cypress wood and embedded with an Irish Ha’penny coin.
Lemon Cypress is an exceptional wood and one of Dads favourites for use in wood turning. It yields a beautifully silky finish and very interesting grain patterns. Another striking feature of Lemon Cypress is the lovely citrus scent from its wood and foliage. This little hand turned box is a very pretty shape featuring a decorative ring and coin embedded lid. The coin is an Irish Ha'penny coin (Sow and Litter) from the pre-decimal era, this makes it a lovely nostalgic piece. The coin has a few imperfections which only adds to the charm. Would make a beautiful gift .

Refund Policy
