Refund Policy
Please be advised you have 14 days from the date you receive your order that that you want to cancel. After you inform us that you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
When you are returning goods, you will have to pay for the cost of returning them.
The goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent in.
Under the exceptions listed by the The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, customised paintings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
