Refund Policy

Consumers must send back or hand over the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which they informed An Chailleach Ghlas of their decision to cancel. Consumers are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. Any damage or use of the item returned will be grounds for the refund not to be issued. Under the exceptions clause, customised items cannot be refunded.
